Job summary

Restaurant Café aux Délices in Matane, QC is seeking a meat cutter with 3–5 years of experience. You will clean meats, prepare standard cuts, remove bones and handle seafood prep, working on site in a busy butcher-style kitchen.

You will operate equipment such as a band saw, manual cutting utensils, a power grinder and a sausage machine, and prepare special orders while ensuring food safety and quality. Education from College/CEGEP and Meat Cutter Trade Certification are preferred.
