  • NOC Job Code/Title: 60030 - Restaurant Manager

We are looking for 2 full time permanent Restaurant Managers for Glowbal Restaurant Group @ Five Sails 999 Canada Place, Vancouver BC.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations with other managers.
  2. Monitor revenue and modify procedures under direction of General Manager.
  3. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
  4. Participate in marketing plans and implementation.
  5. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
  6. Address customers’ complaints and concerns.
  7. Provide customer service.
  8. Recruit, train and supervise staff.

Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position and environment.
  2. Must have a passion for the hospitality industry.
  3. Proficient in MS Office.
  4. Excellent leadership and motivation skills.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Ability to prioritize, organize and follow through as necessary.
  7. A clear thinker.
  8. Capacity to work well under pressure.
  9. Ability to hold oneself and others accountable.
  10. Ability to communicate in English.

Education/Certification:

  1. Completion of high school.
  2. Serving It Right.

Benefits:
Wage – $34.62 /hour.
Hours – minimum 30 hours per week.
Cell phone credit & dry cleaning allowance could be available.
Extended health and dental after 3 months of employment.
