Overview :

The Restaurant Manager partners with the leadership team to ensure the restaurant provides a superior guest and employee experience, while increasing sales and profitability. The role involves overseeing service systems and providing shift leadership to all employees.

Leadership Responsibilities :

This position supervises culinary employees (approximately 15-20 staff) daily and provides overall direction as needed.

  • Knowledge of Culinary Back Office Systems
  • Ability to interpret labor reports and staffing guidelines
  • Experience creating schedules for hourly staff
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels and with guests
  • Strong planning and organizational skills

Preferred Skills & Experience :

  • At least 3 years supervising culinary or service operations in a full-service restaurant or relevant hospitality education
  • Proven leadership in culinary or guest service experience
  • 2+ years recruiting, selecting, and retaining hourly staff
  • Experience training, coaching, and developing employees
  • Ability to set high standards and ensure accountability
  • Experience developing service or culinary improvement plans based on business results
