Job Description

  1. Plan for outlet budget and review forecasts on revenue and expenditure monthly.
  2. Analyze and submit month-end reports and identify deviations from business plan goals.
  3. Participate in management meetings to review progress towards business plan goals and develop the annual business plan for the outlet.
  4. Plan, implement, and measure profit enhancement programs by working with the kitchen & marketing departments. Prepare & submit post-mortem promotion reports to the F&B Manager upon promotion completion.
  5. Implement and maintain control measures to ensure food & beverage costs, productivity, labor costs, and operating supply costs are in line with the budget.
  6. Supervise team members to ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to standards.
  7. Conduct daily departmental briefings to ensure all team members are well-informed.
  8. Build good relationships with guests and regular patrons, remembering names and preferences to provide personalized service.
  9. Handle guest complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
  10. Manage all administrative work related to cashier/bar operations and company policies.

Qualifications

  1. Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role in the food service industry.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on team leadership and motivation.
  4. Proven proficiency in customer service and conflict resolution.
  5. Solid understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  6. Experience in inventory management and cost control.
