Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager located in the Heart of Australia.

Job Description

1. Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar, and functions.
2. Responsible for the venue's Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
3. Completing monthly beverage stock takes.
4. Mentoring and managing staff.

About the Restaurant:

• A busy environment catering to guests and external reservations.
• We have 3 function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch, and à la carte dinner.
• 1 main bar open 7 days a week.

Salary: $69,000 - $85,000

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF diploma and one year of experience, or three years of experience in a Restaurant Management role.
