Mercure Alice Springs is seeking a passionate Food and Beverage Manager located in the Heart of Australia.
Job Description
- Responsible for all food and beverage service operations, including Restaurant, room service, bar, and functions.
- Responsible for the venue's Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
- Completing monthly beverage stock takes.
- Mentoring and managing staff.
About the Restaurant:
- A busy environment catering to guests and external reservations.
- We have 3 function rooms and 1 main restaurant, open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Breakfast buffet, à la carte lunch, and à la carte dinner.
- 1 main bar open 7 days a week.
Salary: $69,000 - $85,000
Qualifications
- Hold a relevant qualification equivalent to an AQF diploma and one year of experience, or three years of experience in a Restaurant Management role.
