Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant by ensuring adequate planning of the various services according to the needs and according to the expected traffic.
- Ensure compliance with QSC standards within the restaurant and enforce preventive maintenance programs for equipment.
- Create and implement promotional marketing activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and quality of the customer experience.
- Handle customer complaints and follow up as necessary to resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Respect established budget forecasts and analyze sales and expenses.
- Perform weekly inventory management, analyze variances and control food cost.
- Recruit, hire and evaluate staff.
- Provide training for new employees and ongoing development of existing staff.
- Supervise and manage the work of employees.
- Perform weekly sales projections and plan staff work schedules.
- Ensure control of deposits and petty cash.
- Maintain a climate of collaboration by communicating effectively and leading meetings with employees and team leaders.
- Ensure compliance with the employee manual, company regulations, labor laws, and occupational health and safety standards.
- Complete end of day reports.
- Perform any other related task as requested by management.
Profile
- Have a high school diploma.
- 3 to 5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Be recognized for your leadership, customer service, and teamwork.
- Ability to evolve in a fast-paced environment and good stress management.
- Great ability to organize and adapt.
- Professional appearance.
