Wendy's is seeking outgoing and energetic Restaurant Managers to assist the General Manager in running a Wendy's restaurant. You will lead the team, uphold food safety, manage costs and ensure customer service excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Trains, monitors, and reinforces food safety procedures to Shift Managers and Crew Members; ensures compliance with policies and health regulations.
• Works with restaurant management to meet sales goals versus budget, and participates in local store marketing programs.
• Manages food, labor, and other controllable expenses; supports achieving profit objectives.
• Executes Company policies for cash, property, product and equipment; monitors inventory and conducts ordering.
• Manages Shift Managers and Crew Members to deliver total store Service Excellence on assigned shifts.
• Ensures proper execution of policies and procedures on shifts and initiates corrective action when needed.
• Drives sales and profitability through effective execution of the Company’s business plan.
• Creates a positive working environment by fostering teamwork through training, communication and relationship building.
