What You’ll Do:

As a key player within CRAFT, you will support our mission to make our team, our community, and our world a better place one beer, one meal, one experience at a time. Being a part of this mission will include:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations, such as employee scheduling and labour forecasting
• Work closely with the team to achieve quality-driven goals
• Provide leadership for innovation, creativity, and unique approaches to business development opportunities and operations issues
• Hire, train, lead and develop an engaging team while taking initiative to help your team grow within the organization
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality at every opportunity and adhere to the brand standards of CRAFT while following and implementing our processes and procedures
