YOU WOULD HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
- Create a memorable guest experience, including menu execution, food quality, and overall experience, and gather guest feedback.
- Supervise and coach all service team members, demonstrating superior customer service skills and embodying our purpose, vision, and values.
- Assist with developing and delivering regular training to service team members.
- Work with our Executive Chef on menu features and changes, curating and providing guest feedback.
- Suggest and implement new cocktail programs and wine pairings to complement the menu.
- Maintain high team engagement by upholding culture standards, providing regular feedback, and using a coaching mindset.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing and the Baci team to drive sales, including private parties and group bookings.
- Address and resolve any member or guest issues as needed.
- Handle ordering of bar inventory items.
- Develop strong relationships with guests and employees by maintaining a regular presence on the floor during key times.
- Act as a Duty Manager for C Hotel in the absence of other departmental managers.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Post-secondary education in a related field is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- 2-3 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality/tourism industry is required.
- Previous restaurant experience is required.
- POS knowledge is an asset.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with guests.
- Able to work on a variable schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
