We are recruiting a FULL-TIME Restaurant Manager to lead our team!

Location : 311 - 55 Sage Creek Blvd, Winnipeg, MB

THIS LOCATION IS SCHEDULED TO OPEN LATE AUGUST 2025. Employment would begin ASAP.

Firehouse Subs is a brand founded by two firefighters in 1994, and now has over 1,200 locations in the US and Canada. Our sandwiches are unique because we slice our meats fresh in-house daily, and our steaming process awakens the flavours of our premium meats and cheeses. With generous portions and craveable combinations, our subs are like nothing you've tasted before!

What you'll do :

You'll have the responsibility to running and managing all aspects of the restaurant.

You’re focused on creating an EXCEPTIONAL guest experience, making every visit count

You're the role model for great behaviour and following standards

You’ll promote the goals and targets of the restaurant, whether its speed of service, guest satisfaction, employee engagement, or upselling - you communicate clear expectations and make achieving these goals fun!

You’re not only able to run a smooth and effective shift on the floor, but you also manage back-end tasks like inventory, ordering, product quality, standards adherence, restaurant goal-setting, team member recruitment, and team training / development / coaching

As a Restaurant Manager, you’ll need to be flexible with your availability to be available when the restaurant and you team needs you. With your busy role, we’ll work together to help you create a balanced lifestyle.

Job Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years experience in a restaurant supervisory / managerial role, preferably in a quick service environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Proficient in basic financial management and reporting

Experience in recruitment, training and coaching

Strong work ethic with the curiosity to learn, grow and ask questions
