  • Supervise and manage staff in the Food & Beverage Front of House department, developing and monitoring operational goals, performance, and profit objectives.
  • Create efficient schedules, manage labor costs, meet staffing goals, and ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in budget planning, ensure compliance, and report concerns.
  • Support and promote superior customer service, ensuring standards are met and issues addressed. Oversee staff development and training programs.
  • Implement rewards and recognition programs to boost employee engagement.
  • Control costs by monitoring inventory and pars.
  • Maintain quality assurance standards, including health and customer service regulations.
  • Oversee scheduling, breaks, floor plans, and staff evaluations.
  • Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude with customers and colleagues.
  • Ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulations applicable to the department.
  • Manage overall restaurant and beverage operations.
  • Ensure facilities are adequate and safety policies are followed.
  • Monitor food presentation and communicate deviations from standards.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to management.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or four years of supervisory/managerial experience, or a combination thereof.
  • At least three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
  • Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and interpret data.
  • High energy and proactive problem-solving approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
