- Supervise and manage staff in the Food & Beverage Front of House department, developing and monitoring operational goals, performance, and profit objectives.
- Create efficient schedules, manage labor costs, meet staffing goals, and ensure guest satisfaction. Assist in budget planning, ensure compliance, and report concerns.
- Support and promote superior customer service, ensuring standards are met and issues addressed. Oversee staff development and training programs.
- Implement rewards and recognition programs to boost employee engagement.
- Control costs by monitoring inventory and pars.
- Maintain quality assurance standards, including health and customer service regulations.
- Oversee scheduling, breaks, floor plans, and staff evaluations.
- Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude with customers and colleagues.
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws and regulations applicable to the department.
- Manage overall restaurant and beverage operations.
- Ensure facilities are adequate and safety policies are followed.
- Monitor food presentation and communicate deviations from standards.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to management.
- Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or four years of supervisory/managerial experience, or a combination thereof.
- At least three years of supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts diplomatically.
- Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
- Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations and interpret data.
- High energy and proactive problem-solving approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills at all organizational levels.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
