What We Are Hiring

As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the General Manager in restaurant operations, staff management, profit control, guest growth, and sales activities. You will assist in employee selection, retention, and operational improvements, supervising 15-20 crew members.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports to meet goals.
• Oversee shifts, ensuring brand standards and guest service excellence.
• Develop and coach staff on standards and policies.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, and developing employees.
• Maintain compliance with standards and regulations.
• Demonstrate commitment to guest satisfaction and core values.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Who You Are

• 2+ years of experience in hospitality or restaurant industry; leadership preferred.
• Ability to interpret financial data.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, attentive.
• Self-motivated, organized, multitasker.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.
