Responsibilities
  1. Conduct performance reviews
  2. Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
  3. Cost products and services
  4. Organize and maintain inventory
  5. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  6. Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
  7. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
  8. Address customers' complaints or concerns
  9. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  10. Provide customer service
  11. Recruit, train and supervise staff
Education
