Tasks
  1. Evaluate daily operations
  2. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
  3. Monitor staff performance
  4. Plan and organize daily operations
  5. Train staff
  6. Conduct performance reviews
  7. Cost products and services
  8. Enforce provincial / territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  9. Organize and maintain inventory
  10. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  11. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
