1. Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a front-of-house team in a high-volume, upscale restaurant setting.
2. Guest-Focused Mindset: Passion for creating memorable dining experiences with a hands-on approach to service and hospitality.
3. Strong Communication Skills: Confident in giving directions, resolving issues, and fostering a positive, team-oriented culture.
4. Operational Know-How: Comfortable managing daily floor operations, schedules, inventory, and collaborating with kitchen and bar teams.
5. Wine & Beverage Knowledge: Solid understanding of wine, cocktails, and food pairings (WSET Level 2 or similar is a bonus).
