Job summary

GameTime Social is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead our Vaughan flagship location with a hands-on leadership style. You will drive stellar guest experiences, manage private dining and corporate events, and ensure top service standards across operations.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in hospitality, 4+ years in leadership, and a hospitality management credential. Smart Serve and food safety certifications are preferred. Competitive benefits and career growth available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant experience in hospitality.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Smart Serve Certification, Food Handler Certification, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification (asset).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the management team to achieve HR objectives.
• Enforce company policies, nurture culture, and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of private dining, corporate functions, and events.
• Resolve conflicts and implement changes to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage consumption estimates and orders with suppliers.
• Maintain budget, records, and compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
• Prioritize maintenance and repairs to enhance guest experience and safety.
• Boost growth and sales through marketing initiatives and outstanding service.
• Foster an engaging environment where associates deliver an authentic guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Willingness to undergo a current Background Check.
• Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
• 5+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry.
• 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Smart Serve Certified, Food Handler Certification, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification (considered an asset).
