Me-n-Ed’s Pizza Parlors Burnaby is hiring 1 Full Time and Permanent Restaurant Manager.

Job Duties:

1. Make sure every Guest is greeted with a smile, thanked for their business and invited to return;
2. Execute systems daily to ensure a clean, organized restaurant, prepared to provide excellent product and service;
3. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance;
4. Assist in providing Team Members with the appropriate training to provide outstanding quality, friendliness and cleanliness;
5. Maintain high standards of service throughout the operational day;
6. Demonstrate patience and a positive attitude with crew while delegating tasks and giving instructions;
7. Set challenging goals for self and crew during shift and ensure accountability;
8. Utilize all management tools to keep accurate and current records providing the historical data to plan for increased sales and profit;
9. Recruit staff and oversee staff training;
10. Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures.

Wage:

$35.00/Hourly

Skills requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.

Education:

• Completion of Senior Secondary is required
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is an asset.
