Responsibilities

Tasks:

  1. Monitor staff performance
  2. Plan and organize daily operations
  3. Recruit staff
  4. Set staff work schedules
  5. Train staff
  6. Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  7. Cost products and services
  8. Organize and maintain inventory
  9. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  10. Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  11. Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  12. Address customers' complaints or concerns
