Ono’s Sushi in Abbotsford, BC is looking for a qualified Restaurant Manager to join our team.

(Permanent)

Positions Available: 1

Hourly Wage: C$34.65 ~C$35

Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Vacation: 4% of gross salary for vacation pay or 10 days paid vacation per year

Address & Work Location: C180 - 3122 Mount Lehman Road, Abbotsford, BC V2T 0C5

Job Duties:

  • Oversee daily shift operations of the restaurant
  • Ensure customer service excellence and the restaurant’s profits
  • Manage, train and support the teams, maintaining strong teamwork
  • Track and monitor workflow and staff performance
  • Implement company policies and operational procedures
  • Monitor stock levels, place supply orders, and reduce waste
  • Assist in recruiting and scheduling
  • Ensure staff compliance with service standards, policies, and health and safety regulations
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints professionally

Qualifications:

  • Education: Completion of secondary school
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the food service sector, including experience in a supervisory role
  • Additional Certificate: Serving-it-Right certificate
  • Language: English
