Job summary

McDonald’s Canada in Grimsby is seeking a General Manager to lead a diverse team, uphold brand standards, and deliver the world’s best quick-service restaurant experience. You’ll inspire pride, ensure safety and cleanliness, and manage both Managers and Crew Members every shift.

In this role you’ll build sales, engage with the local community, and create a positive, inclusive workplace where people feel valued and empowered to grow with the business.

Qualifications

• General Manager experience in McDonald's required.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Experience in fast‑paced retail or food service preferred.

Your vibe and experience

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
