Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is seeking a Restaurant Leader to inspire a friendly, high-performing team and deliver the world’s best Quick Service Restaurant experience. You will supervise operations, safety, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction while growing sales and profits.

You lead by example, coach Managers and Crew, participate in community events, and uphold an inclusive, respectful workplace where every team member can bring their authentic self.

• Experience in food service or retail is preferred.

Your vibe and experience

We are looking for someone with experience working in food service or retail as a barista, or customer sales representative as a manager is always helpful and appreciated, but what is most important is who you are.
