Job summary

Tim Hortons is seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and uphold Tim Hortons standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness. You will train staff, manage inventories, and support the Owner in day-to-day operations of a high-volume restaurant.

This role requires shift leadership from 6am to 3pm, a strong commitment to customer experience, and the ability to recruit and coach a diverse team while maintaining excellent operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have Tim Hortons management experience.
• Must be flexible with schedule.
• Live near restaurant location or has own transportation.
• Must have living accommodations near area before applying.
• Must be available for 6am-3pm.
• Must leave no further than a .50min drive from this location.
• Must have Clearview experience.
• Must have Office - Deposit Preparation experience.
• Must have TDL ordering.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
• Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
• Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
• Promote a respectful team environment and manage team members with open communication and understanding
• Manage inventory and ordering
