About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all restaurant operations at both Belleville and Kingston IHOP locations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of managers and hourly employees.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and uphold IHOP brand standards.
• Manage scheduling, labor controls, and inventory management.
• Drive sales and profitability through local marketing, community engagement, and operational excellence.
• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and food quality standards.
• Report regularly to ownership and help drive strategic initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Multi-unit experience is a strong asset.
• Passion for hospitality, people, and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel between Belleville and Kingston as needed.
