Get ready for GameTime Social, an unparalleled restaurant/bar/entertainment experience in the GTA. We're searching for an outstanding Restaurant General Manager who shares our dedication to delivering unforgettable experiences to lead our new 3rd location opening in the spring of 2025!

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve Human Resources objectives.
  • Enforce company policies, nurture culture, and maintain the highest service standards.
  • Oversee the successful day-to-day operations of private dining, corporate functions, and events.
  • Resolve conflicts and implement changes to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Manage consumption estimates and orders with suppliers.
  • Maintain budget, records, and compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
  • Prioritize maintenance and repairs, focusing on guest experience and safety.
  • Boost growth and sales through marketing initiatives and outstanding service.
  • Foster an engaging environment where all associates are focused on delivering an authentic guest experience.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to undergo a current Background Check.
  • Eligible to work in Canada without restrictions.
  • 5+ years of restaurant experience in the hospitality industry.
  • 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
  • Strong business acumen and organizational skills.
  • Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • Smart Serve Certified, Food Handler Certification, Joint Health & Safety Committee Certification (considered an asset).
