Job summary

Buffet Royale Carvery is seeking a reliable team member to perform kitchen and service duties in a fast-paced food service setting. The role includes dish and tray handling, food portioning, customer service at counters or buffet tables, and maintaining sanitary work areas.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables.
• Load buspans and trays.
• Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas.
• Portion and wrap foods.
• Serve customers at counters or buffet tables.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
