Your Role: The front of house team is currently looking for a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join our family, ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly and their time with us is memorable by providing the finest food and beverages with friendly, efficient, and flawless service. This vacancy is at our newly opened 'SAMBAROOM'—a cocktail bar & private dining room on the 39th floor of London’s Heron Tower.

Your Requirements: The primary responsibilities include exemplifying hospitality with courteous and efficient service, taking orders, answering menu questions, selling food and drinks, processing payments, and communicating with kitchen staff while maintaining a warm demeanor.

We would love you to have:

• Experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Waiter/Waitress in a similar fast-paced environment (to be tested at trial/interview)
• Good English communication skills
• Drink lounge/bar experience and PDR (preferable)
• Flexibility with late finishes
• Availability to work any 5 days between Monday and Sunday
• Deep respect for diversity and individuality
• Ability to maintain standards and processes
