Job summary

Urban Fare in Vancouver, BC (Alberni) is hiring a Restaurant Clerk to join a fast-paced, inclusive team. You will operate a cash register, share product knowledge with customers, and ensure the department is well stocked and presented.

You have a passion for great food and customer service, a strong work ethic, and integrity. The role offers up to 40 hours per week, hourly pay of CAD 18.25–21.00, benefits eligibility, wellness programs, and opportunities to learn and grow within Save-On-Foods.

We are hiring for a Restaurant Clerk at our Urban Fare location in Vancouver, BC (Alberni).

Open availability is preferred.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.

• Operating a cash register.

• Sharing product knowledge with customers.

• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.

• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.

• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.

• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.

• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

Compensation Details:

$18.25 - $21.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
