Job summary

Save-On-Foods in White Rock, BC is hiring a Restaurant Clerk to help customers, operate a cash register, stock the department, and keep the area clean and safe. Shifts run 5:00am–10:00pm, up to 40 hours per week, with opportunities to learn and grow in a fast-paced, community-focused setting.

• Retail customer service experience is preferred.

We are hiring for a Restaurant Clerk at our White Rock location in Surrey, BC.

Shift times are between 5:00am-10:00pm.

Up to 40 hours per week.

You will be responsible for:

• Going the Extra Mile for our customers and fellow team members.
• Operating a cash register.
• Sharing product knowledge with customers.
• Ensuring the department is well stocked and presented.
• Ensuring only the freshest products are displayed.
• Handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.
• Cleaning equipment and work area to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
• Using a variety of equipment, including knives.

You have:

• A passion for great food and providing outstanding customer service.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and willingness to Go the Extra Mile.
• Retail customer service experience (considered an asset).

Compensation Details: $18.25 - $21.00

The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience, and other factors.
