We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for our team at the newly opened Saxe Point Public House. The role involves overseeing daily operations of our dining and drinking establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a strong background in team management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, and financial performance.
  • Interact with customers (including food and drink service).
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure high standards of service.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Run in-house promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, train, and mentor team members.
  • Implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Ensure regular maintenance, including cleaning and repairs.
  • Manage inventory and place orders.
  • Host regular management meetings to ensure performance and targets are met.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in the food industry with at least 3 years in a similar role.
