General Information:

Work with the transformer factories across North America to manage and improve their planning and scheduling processes. Drive Training and Standardization in Sales and Operations planning, Master Planning, and detailed scheduling processes throughout the Hub organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Trains and coaches Demand Planners, Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planner, and Material Planner.
2. Develops the overall competency of the organization.
3. Contributes to group or division initiatives establishing standards and best practices.
4. Provides training as needed and assists in the development of standard processes and best practices.
5. Monitors standard work execution of the factories.
6. Develops and monitors dashboards, tracking schedule execution, load leveling, and capacity analysis.
7. Participates in factory S&OP meetings, helping to drive standardization and assisting all contributors to comply with the requirements and actively participate.
8. Ensures information is collected timely and accurately.
9. Arranges a good flow of information from the product review to demand review, to operations review.
10. Checks the consistency of all pieces of information used during the S&OP Processes.
11. Monitors KPIs related to the engagement and outcome of the S&OP Process.
12. Works with all contributors on improving the process, ensuring it serves the priorities of the business.
13. Drives ITM throughout the organization.
14. Assists in the training and development of strong RCCM analysis.

Qualifications:

1. Five years manufacturing experience.
2. Preferred ERP experience in PP module.
3. Ability to work cross-functionally within a global value chain.
4. Independent analysis/decision-making capabilities.
5. Strong communicator and teamwork oriented.
6. Organized and exhibits a sense of urgency when necessary.
7. Takes initiative to drive projects and lead others.
8. Employs root cause analysis approach.
9. Strong sense of customer focus and quality.
10. Bachelor's Degree in business or Engineering.
11. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, or alternatively, a special combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
