Qualifications:
Five years manufacturing experience. Preferred ERP experience in PP module. Ability to work cross-functionally within a global value chain. Independent analysis/decision-making capabilities. Strong communicator and teamwork oriented. Organized with a sense of urgency when necessary. Takes initiative to drive projects and lead others. Employs root cause analysis approach. Strong sense of customer focus and quality. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
General Information:
Work with the transformer factories across North America to manage and improve their planning and scheduling processes. Drive training and standardization in Sales and Operations Planning, Master Planning, and detailed scheduling processes throughout the Hub organization.
