General Information:

Work with transformer factories across North America to manage and improve their planning and scheduling processes. Drive training and standardization in Sales and Operations Planning, Master Planning, and detailed scheduling processes throughout the Hub organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Train and coach Demand Planners, Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planners, and Material Planners. Develop the overall competency of the organization. Contribute to group or division initiatives establishing standards and best practices.
  2. Provide training as needed and assist in the development of standard processes and best practices.
  3. Monitor standard work execution of the factories. Develop and monitor dashboards, tracking schedule execution, load leveling, and capacity analysis.
  4. Participate in factory S&OP meetings, helping to drive standardization and ensuring all contributors comply with requirements and actively participate.
  5. Ensure information is collected timely and accurately. Facilitate a good flow of information from product review to demand review, to operations review. Verify the consistency of all information used during the S&OP processes.
  6. Monitor KPIs related to engagement and outcomes of the S&OP process. Collaborate with contributors to improve the process and ensure it aligns with business priorities.
  7. Drive ITM throughout the organization. Assist in training and developing strong RCCM analysis skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Five years of manufacturing experience.
  2. Preferred ERP experience in PP module.
  3. Ability to work cross-functionally within a global value chain.
  4. Independent analysis and decision-making capabilities.
  5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  6. Organized with a sense of urgency when necessary.
  7. Initiative-driven, capable of leading projects and others.
  8. Employs root cause analysis approach.
  9. Strong customer focus and commitment to quality.
  10. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
  11. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, or a combination of education, experience, and accomplishments.
