The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a Training Services and Solutions Program Manager to join our Training Services team in the Customer Services business unit based in Mirabel (Québec, Canada), where you will work with a team of training solutions experts and training services management, the Airbus Montreal Training Centre, Airbus Flight Operations Support, and Airbus SAS. You will also work with the Authorized Training Providers (ATP) - Flight Training Alliance (FTA) and Lufthansa Technical Training (LTT).
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.
Your role as Training Services and Solutions Program Manager will be to manage the development, delivery, and standard of A220 training services and solutions. This includes training services and solutions associated with an Aircraft Purchase Agreement and offered through the Training Services Catalogue.

Your challenges:
- Act as the primary interface between Airbus Canada, Airbus Toulouse, and the ATPs;
- Participate in the definition of specifications for training services and solutions/materials to support training operations and associated roadmap and budget;
- Ensure availability of training services and solutions/materials and liaise with all involved Airbus departments (Airbus Canada Training Services and Airbus SAS as per Customer Support and Services Agreement) to facilitate and coordinate their development and deployment;
- Implement and monitor services and solutions projects in accordance with the defined roadmap, ensuring the successful deployment of worldwide training services and solutions and continuous monitoring of their usage;
- Participate in the specifications of training needs and provide all required information for the appropriate coordination/communication of training services and solutions internally and externally;
- Participate in the definition and application of the Airbus standard for all A220 Training Services;
- Contribute to the annual capacity and budget planning as part of the operational planning;
- Ensure training program business viability within set financial targets;
- Define and maintain Airbus Canada and ATP governance, processes, and templates applicable across the program to foster maximum alignment on execution, delivery, and reporting;
- Propose optimization of the processes and associated procedures and tools;
- Ensure the highest level of training services and solutions support is delivered by Airbus Canada to our customers;
- Ensure the standardization of the A220 customer experience in line with other Airbus platforms;
- Any other related activities.
Your boarding pass:
- You have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in technical program/project management, preferably in a commercial aircraft environment;
- Capacity to align cross-functional stakeholders in order to achieve Airbus’ strategic A220 training goals internationally;
- You have financial acumen;
- You have strong drafting ability (capable of understanding, analyzing, and summarizing, in order to develop logically structured written documents);
- You have strong technical knowledge of aircraft and aircraft systems;
- You have detailed knowledge of aviation training programs and regulatory compliance;
- You have the ability to perform your role autonomously;
- You have excellent presentation skills;
- You have excellent written and oral communication skills in English;
- You have strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Suite, Learning & Content Management Systems, and Distance Learning Systems.
