Rubino Shoes is looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing & E-commerce to lead and elevate our marketing and digital operations, with a strong focus on brand awareness and building our market presence. In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for driving brand positioning, executing marketing campaigns, strengthening retail partnerships, and accelerating growth across both digital and in-store channels.

SALARY RANGE : $80,000 - $120,000

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brand Building and Awareness Strategy : Develop and execute comprehensive top-funnel marketing strategies to significantly increase brand visibility, enhance brand perception, and expand market reach. This includes innovative campaigns aimed at introducing Rubino to new audiences and strengthening our brand story.
  • Marketing Strategy Development and Execution : Lead the creation and implementation of overall marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and support business growth across all channels.
  • Digital Marketing Management : Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising, with a particular emphasis on strategies that build brand awareness and engagement at the top of the funnel. Ensure effective targeting and campaign performance to meet growth targets.
  • Brand Management : Safeguard the integrity and consistency of the brand’s image across all platforms—digital, print, and in-store. Ensure all creative assets align with Rubino’s brand standards.
  • E-commerce Management : Oversee the daily operations of the e-commerce platform to ensure seamless customer experience, maximize online sales, and manage website performance, merchandising, and promotions.
  • Customer Loyalty and CRM Management : Oversee loyalty programs and customer relationship management tools. Develop strategies to improve customer retention, personalization, and engagement.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze sales data, customer behaviors, campaign performance, and market trends to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal departments such as buying, operations, and store management to align marketing campaigns with product launches, seasonal promotions, and business priorities.
  • Budget Management : Manage the marketing and e-commerce budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI) for all initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring and Innovation : Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry innovations. Propose and implement new initiatives to maintain Rubino’s competitive edge.
  • Team Leadership and Development : Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and e-commerce team. Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support professional development to ensure team success.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, E-commerce, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and e-commerce, with a proven track record in brand building and increasing top-funnel awareness, preferably within the retail, footwear, or consumer goods industries.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, SEO / SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar).
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about retail, fashion, and customer experience.
