Responsibilities

• Drive the product vision and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate directly with customers to identify high‑impact problems and define solutions that deliver real value
• Develop clear, concise, and compelling product and feature requirement documents, articulating the why, what, and value behind the initiative
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations, and drive adoption
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog
• Work with design to create engaging user‑centric solutions
• Communicate effectively across the organization, regularly sharing product updates, milestones, and success stories
• Partner closely with the engineering team to ensure the product meets customer needs and solves the right problem

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a product owner or product manager in the Access Control, Identity Management, or related industry
• Bachelor’s degree, certificate in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong understanding of the Identity Lifecycle within an organization, including provisioning, access assignment, role changes, and deprovisioning
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles, tools, and processes
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and translate business needs into technical requirements
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to cross‑functional teams and large groups
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills and a data‑informed mindset
• Creative and innovative approach to solving complex challenges and identifying new opportunities
