ABOUT THE ROLE: Plusgrade is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our talent strategy, ensuring we attract and hire top-tier candidates who align with our company culture and goals. You will manage and mentor a team of recruiters, optimize our hiring processes, and leverage data to drive key decisions. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Champion a Data-Driven and Efficient Talent Function : Own, oversee and optimize the entire recruitment lifecycle by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining workflows, and implementing efficient processes from initial sourcing to onboarding, all while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. Utilize data and metrics to analyze recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend and report on changes based on data-driven insights to key talent acquisition KPIs. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process. Execution and Recruitment : Lead end-to-end recruitment activities as needed to support the team and manage fluctuations in hiring volume. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles. Strategic Partnership & Program Leadership : Anticipate future hiring challenges and proactively propose solutions to meet our long-term talent needs, taking full ownership of problems and seeing them through to full ownership of all talent acquisition programs, managing existing initiatives and bringing forward new ideas. This includes strategic planning, setting goals, and measuring ROI for continuous relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors to enhance our talent acquisition efforts. Coach and Enable the Business and the Team : Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide expert guidance on market trends, compensation, and talent availability.Establish and implement programs and training to effectively upskill hiring managers. You will equip them with the tools and knowledge needed to improve their recruitment skills and elevate their interview techniques, ultimately empowering them to think about talent differently and build teams with the right skills for the organization. YOU ARE SOMEONE WITH : A strong sense of hunger and grit, with a passion for driving results, demonstrating extreme accountability and ownership as a self-starter, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.Experience in a talent acquisition leadership role, with a proven track record of managing and mentoring recruitment teams.Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, recruitment best practices, labor laws, and diversity and inclusion principles.Experience in using data to inform recruitment strategy and measure success.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and use data to drive decision-making.Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Expertise with talent acquisition technologies, including proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), to manage candidate pipelines, track data, and automate workflows.
