Recruitment Incentives

About the Opportunity

We are hiring Respiratory Therapists across Nova Scotia. Responsibilities include managing mechanical ventilation, advanced airway management, administering oxygen and other gases, aerosolized medications, and performing pulmonary diagnostic testing. Therapists work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients' cardiorespiratory health and may also conduct patient or staff education sessions. We provide ongoing clinical education and opportunities for advancement.

About You

Ideal candidates will be upcoming graduates or graduates of an accredited respiratory therapy program, eligible for or maintaining registration with the Nova Scotia College of Respiratory Therapists. Please ensure your resume is current and includes all relevant education, experience, training, and certifications.

Hours & Location

• Various permanent, temporary, and casual relief opportunities available throughout Nova Scotia.
• Shifts may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Location preferences can be specified during the application process.
• Travel to other sites may be required.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate ranges from $34.92 to $44.88. Successful candidates may be eligible for benefits including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, life insurance, and a defined benefit pension plan.
