Job description
Overview

As a Respiratory Therapist, you’ll be responsible for administering respiratory therapy care and life support to patients with deficiencies and abnormalities of the cardiopulmonary system, under the supervision of a physician and by prescription. The Respiratory Therapist performs all critical care duties without supervision and acts in a supervisory capacity when the supervisor is not available.

Qualifications
  • Have Respiratory Therapist license or Temporary Practice Permit
  • Have 1 year of respiratory therapy experience (preferred)
  • Be RRT or eligible for registration with RRT (1 year to obtain license)
  • Have CPR/BLS certification or will obtain within 6 months
  • Have ACLS or will obtain within 6 months
  • Have ability to follow directions/procedures
  • Have good communication skills
  • Have a commitment to customer service
  • Have ability to pass PA Child Abuse History Clearance
  • Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
  • Be a team player
