Overview

At KPMG, you’ll join a diverse team of problem solvers, dedicated to turning insight into opportunities for clients and communities worldwide.

The Workforce Optimization (Resource Management) team is a vital part of KPMG’s National Audit Operations, focusing on centralization, standardization, and automation to support audit teams. This role involves supporting business applications related to resource management, accreditation, audit quality controls, capacity management, and key metrics.

This position requires collaboration with IT, the Department of Professional Practice, end-users, and project teams, providing expert support to optimize Workforce Management tools. It demands both technical skills and leadership to manage current and new tools, encouraging innovation and questioning the status quo.

What You Will Do
  • Develop reports integrating tools like eQualify, GLMS, Retain, and CEAC
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing for system enhancements
  • Serve as the main liaison between end-users, IT, and project teams
  • Analyze and recommend changes to processes and data flows
  • Improve procedures and documentation for control compliance
  • Participate in system implementations, ensuring requirements are met
  • Maintain audit workforce tools, manage service agreements, log issues, and oversee change orders
  • Identify pain points, improve processes, and support documentation
  • Provide first-level support for Workforce Tools, escalating as needed
  • Administer applications, manage access, permissions, and reporting
  • Suggest enhancements to IT, prioritize requests
  • Resolve complex technical issues and collaborate with RPA teams
  • Build strong relationships across the organization
  • Assist with report development, especially using PowerBI
