Job summary

Globe 24-7 is seeking an experienced Resource Geologist for a hybrid role supporting a northern Ontario precious metals operation. You will review data, build 3D models, manage geological databases, and contribute to resource estimates and reconciliation efforts.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Geology, at least eight years in mining (preferably underground), and proficiency in geostatistical methods. Travel to sites is occasional, with remote work flexibility where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geology is required.
• Minimum eight years of experience in mining, preferably underground.
• Experience applying statistical and geostatistical methods to geological data analysis.
• Familiarity with mineral reporting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review geological and structural mapping data for accuracy and consistency.
• Develop 3D geological and structural models to support interpretation and planning.
• Assist with geological database management, QA/QC processes.
• Build resource models incorporating geological controls on mineralization.
• Prepare mineral resource estimates per established standards.
• Lead mine reconciliation activities and maintain related databases.
