Position OverviewAs a member of a Home Care Team, reporting to the Team Manager, the incumbent supervises and ensures the efficient delivery of services to Home Care clients by coordinating Direct Service Staff (DSS), including ISWs, HCAs, HSWs, and RAs, in accordance with collective agreements, program standards, policies, and care plans.
The incumbent maintains a competent team of DSS to meet caseload demands, including recruiting, training, scheduling, supervising, and evaluating staff.
ExperienceThis position is designated bilingual, supporting services in both French and English, in accordance with government policies.
ÉducationCertificat ou diplôme d’études postsecondaires en santé ou en services sociaux requis.
CertificationPosséder un permis de conduire valide et avoir accès à un véhicule.

Clearance Requirements: Satisfactory criminal record check, vulnerable sector check, child and adult abuse registry checks required. Candidates are responsible for associated costs. Checks must be recent (within 6 months).
