- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality throughout the property.
- Utilize proven HR acumen to recruit, train, and lead a team of dedicated staff.

Guest Experience
- Maintain a guest-first approach by creating welcoming, personalized experiences that reflect the company's values.
- Address guest inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Develop programming and activities that enhance the guest experience and celebrate the local community.
Community Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the local community, ensuring alignment with the resort's values and goals.
- Represent the resort with sincerity and integrity in all interactions.
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make sound decisions without direct supervision.
- Exhibit resourcefulness and accountability in managing challenges and opportunities.
Financial and Strategic Management
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring operational efficiency and financial health.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to promote the resort and attract guests.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a lodge, resort, or remote setting.
- Strong leadership and HR management skills, with a high degree of patience, empathy, and emotional intelligence (EQ).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage diverse responsibilities.
- A deep understanding of and connection to the local community is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for creating outstanding guest experiences and fostering a positive team environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations is an asset.
