What You Will Do
Our ResortGuest Services Agents are the nerve center of our hotel/resort operations responsible for creating a memorable guest experience with helpful and welcoming service while creating the first and last impression for our guests. As a Resort Guest Services Agent this position is responsible for guest arrival and departure experience, processing payments and completing guest transactions to ensure guest satisfaction is met and exceeded. Guest Services Agents are expected to know all resort amenities as well as local things to do and interact with guests at every opportunity. Resort Guest Service agents must be able to work in a busy/hectic environment and stand for their shifts.
