Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. in Tofino, BC, is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to establish operational procedures, plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping crews, and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews at a resort setting.

With 2 years to less than 3 years of related experience, you will supervise 11–15 staff, ensure safety standards, maintain inventories and financial records, and handle guest complaints while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities

• Establish operational procedures
• Select and purchase equipment and supplies
• Plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
• Co-ordinate inspection of assigned areas

• Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals

• Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
