Tyax Wilderness Resort & Spa in British Columbia is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at one of BC's premier mountain destinations. You'll contribute to fine dining, à la carte service, and banquet production, while maintaining high standards of food safety, presentation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional kitchen experience.
• Culinary training or equivalent.
• FoodSafe Level 1.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute high-quality dishes across multiple styles of service.
• Maintain consistency, presentation, and food quality standards.
• Support daily prep, service, inventory, and organization.
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary and lodge teams.
