Responsibilities

What is an Entry Level Solar Appointment Lead Generator?

As a solar appointment setter, you will educate homeowners about how solar energy can reduce or eliminate their electricity bills while keeping our environment cleaner for our kids and grandchildren. You will help homeowners by setting appointments with them for one of our Solar Specialists.

This role is entry level and has two career paths you can get promoted into: advancement in sales into a Solar Specialist or advancements in leadership into Solar Setter Management.

How much are the Income Expectations:
Due to Con Edison's 2024 rate hikes:

  • Minimum OTE based on performance - $85k - $120k
  • Performance bonuses
