Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Associate to join our team. This is a contract sales role focused on client consultations, project management, and business development. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site and virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their painting needs.
• Develop and present detailed, customized proposals.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients from initial consultation through project completion.
• Document all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local strategies and enhance brand visibility.
• Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives to generate leads and build the business.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
