Residential Roofing Salesperson

Staffinity is seeking a Residential roofing salesperson for a large Canadian company. This is a full-time, permanent position with base salary, commission, benefits and vacation. The shift is daytime hours, Monday to Friday and the salary range is 65-80k+ commission, benefits and vacation. A vehicle will be provided.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and prospect potential roofing and re-roofing clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our products and services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

Qualifications :

• Proven track record of success in selling roofing products and services to homeowners and property managers.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a strong asset
