They are seeking an experienced Railing Installer to join their skilled and fast-paced team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong installation background looking to work on unique, custom projects.

Responsibilities:

• Install custom railing in residential homes
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and measurements
• Measure, cut, and assemble railing components accurately
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ensure all installations meet building codes and safety standards
• Prepare and clean installation sites before and after work
• Load, unload, and transport materials to job sites
• Communicate clearly with clients and team members
• Perform repairs or maintenance on existing railings when needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow all safety procedures on-site
• Report job progress and issues to supervisors
• Other duties assigned

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in custom railing installation and fabrication is an asset
• Experience in construction and carpentry
• Working at Heights Certification
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract and access to a reliable vehicle
• Reliable and punctual
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to read blueprints, tape measures, and technical drawings
• Skilled in using hand and power tools
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and climb ladders
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time on-site
