Position Summary
SmartLiving is seeking an experienced and dynamic Property Manager to oversee operations at The Millway, our newest rental community in the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre. This 450+ unit property offers a diverse range of suites, resort-quality amenities, and an elevated resident experience through technology and lifestyle programming. As the Property Manager, you will play a key role in fostering a positive living environment, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering best-in-class customer service. You will lead a team, collaborate with senior management, and drive continuous improvement in building operations and resident satisfaction.
